初孕人工流产后再孕胎盘异常67例分析

目的：探讨初孕人工流产对再孕胎盘异常的发生情况及影响，方法：将我院1996年2月至1999年3月间分娩的健康初产妇中，人流的次数及初孕人工流产后距再孕的不同时间发生胎盘异常的情况进行对比分析。结果：无人流史的初产妇胎盘异常的发生率为3．2％，有1次人流史的胎盘异常的发生率为18．69％，2次以上人流史的胎盘异常的发生率为61．22％，人流后1年以上时间再孕者胎盘异常的发生率为10．97％，半年至1年内再孕者胎盘异常的发生率为25％，半年内再孕者其发生率为54．39％，经检验P均＜0．01，差异有显著性，结论：初孕人流次数越多，人流距再孕时间越短，胎盘异常的发生率越高。

The Analysis of 67 Cases of Placental Abnormality as Re - pregnancy after Artificial abortion

Objective To study the effect of artificial abortion on placental abnormality as re - pregnancy. Methods Among the healthy primiparas from Feb. 1996 to Feb. 1999, the effect of numbers of artificial abortion and the duration from abortion to re - pregnancy on placental abnormality were contrast analysis. Results The incidence rate of placental abnormality is 3. 2 % in the primipara withoutabortion; With one abortion, the rate is 18. 69 %; With more than two times of abortion, the rate is 61. 22 %. The duration from abortion to re - pregnancy is beyond one year, the rate is 10. 97 %; the rate is 25 % as re - pregnancy between half a year and one year after abortion; If re - pregnancy within half a year, the rate is 54. 9%. There is significant difference (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion The more the times of artificial abortion and the shorter the duration from abortion to re - pregnancy, the higher rate the placental abnormality takes place.
