血塞通与丹参注射液联合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作临床治疗

目的观察血塞通与丹参注射液联合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的疗效.方法将90例患者随机分为治疗组(50例),对照组(40例),治疗组常规治疗用血塞通200～400mg,丹参注射液20ml加入NS 250～500ml静脉点滴;对照组常规治疗用低分子右旋糖酐500ml 川芎嗪注射液120 mg静脉点滴;以上各组1次/d,连用14 d.结果治疗24 h内及10 d内TIA发作控制率分别为治疗组62.0%、88.0%;对照组32.5%、62.5%,两组有显著差异(P＜0.05),同时治疗组治疗后EEG有明显改善.结论血塞通与丹参注射液联合治疗TIA疗效显著,值得推广.

The Curative Effects of Xue Sai Tong Combined with DanShen Injection in theTreatment of Transient Ischemia Attack

Objective To observe the curative effects of "Xue Sai Tong "combined with "DanShen injection" in the treatment of transient ischemia attack (TIA). Methods 90 patients with TIA were divided into control (n=40) and treatment (n=50) group randomly. Patients in the treatment group were given routine treatment combined with "Xue Sai Tong"(200-400mg) and "DanShen injection"(20ml) add into phisiologial saline (N. S)(250-500ml) for intravenous drip, 1 time/day, for 14 days, patients in the control group were regularly given low molecular detran (LMD)(500ml) and "ChuanQiong injec tion"(120ml) for intravenous drip, 1 time/day, for 14 days. Results In 24 hours and 10 days of treatment, control rates of attack were 62. 0% and 88. 0% respectively, the difference was significant (P < 0.05), and the electroencephalogram (EEG) improved markedly in the treatment group, Conclusions Curative effects of "Xue Sai Tong "combined with "DanShen injection" in the treatment of TIA is significant and worth to use.
