抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体及抗心磷脂抗体在不孕不育患者中的检测意义

目的探讨抗精子抗体（AsAb）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EMAb）、抗心磷脂抗体（AcL）在不孕不育患者中的检测意义。方法采用ELISA法检测1209例不孕不育患者进行血清AsAb、EMAb、AcL检测,同时与健康组做对比研究。结果不孕不育组AsAb T（抗精子总抗体）的总阳性率为59.3%,IgM阳性率为24.3%;健康组AsAb总阳性率为5.3%,IgM为0,P〈0.01。不孕不育组EMAb检测总阳性率为31.4%,其中IgG阳性率为18.2%,IgM为13.2%,两者同时阳性占5.9%;健康组阳性率为5.3%,其中IgG为4.0%,IgM为1.3%,两组比较P〈0.01。不孕不育组AcL检测总阳性率为22.2%,其中IgG阳性率为14.1%,IgM为8.1%,两者同时阳性占6.0%;健康组阳性率为4.0%,其中IgG阳性率为2.7%,IgM为1.3%,P〈0.05。AsAb、EMAb、AcL检测中,其中两项、三项同时阳性的,不孕不育组分别为18.4%和9.1%,健康组无1例两项、三项同时阳性的。结论AsAb、EMAb、AcL与不孕不育有密切关系。

The detection of AsAb, EMAb and AcL in infertility patients

Objective To investigate the significance of anti-sperm antibodies（AsAb）,anti-endometrial antibodies（EMAb） and anticardiolipin antibodies（AcL） in infertility patients.Methods ELISA assay was used to detect serum AsAb,EMAb and AcL in 1209 cases of infertility patients,and compared with healthy people as health group.Results In infertility group,the total anti-sperm antibodies（AsAb T） of the positive rate of 59.3%,IgM positive rate was 24.3%.The health of the total group of anti-sperm antibody-positive rate of 5.3%,IgM for 0（P0.01）;EMAb infertility group testing positive rate was 31.4%,of which IgG positive rate was 18.2%,IgM 13.2%,both positive rate was 5.9%;in health group,that positive rate was 5.3%（IgG 4.0%,IgM 1.3%）（P0.01）;AcL testing,infertility group the total positive rate was 22.2%.IgG positive rate was 14.1%,IgM 8.1%,and both positive rate was 6.0%;in healthy group,both positive rate was 4.0%,（IgG 2.7%,IgM 1.3%）（P0.05）.In AsAb,EMAb and AcL detection,at the same time two or three of them were positive,infertility group was respectively 18.4% and 9.1%;in health group,just 1 case at the same time two or three of them was positive.Conclusion AsAb,EMAb and AcL are closely related to infertility.
