社区人群糖尿病及代谢综合征的流行病学调查

目的:调查和了解上海市平凉社区>20岁人群糖尿病、代谢综合征及相关疾病的患病率。方法:采用多级分层随机抽样的流行病学方法,对平凉社区2200例常住居民进行问卷调查,并进行口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验、血脂谱、血压、身高、体重的测定。结果:平凉社区居民糖尿病,糖调节受损的患病率分别为9.90%,11.99%,代谢综合征、高血压、血脂紊乱、超重/肥胖的患病率分别为13.38%,35.46%,41.80%,43.93%;糖尿病与代谢综合征的患病率随年龄增加而增加(P<0.01)。结论:上海市平凉社区>20岁人群糖尿病、糖调节受损的患病率较高,代谢综合征及相关疾病的患病率较高,上述疾病的患病率及患病危险性均随年龄的增加而递增。

Epidemiologic survey on diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome among permanent inhabitants in Shanghai Pingliang community

Objective To investigate the prevalence of diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome and its related diseases among the dwellers over 20 years of age in Pingliang community in Shanghai. Methods A cross-sectional survey with multiple-stage and random sampling was performed among 2 200 permanent inhabitants in Pingliang community. Questionaire and 75 gram oral glucose tolerance test were conducted. Blood glucose, lipid-profile, height, weight and blood pressure were measured. Results The prevalence of diabetes and impaired glucose regulation in Pinliang community was 9. 90% and 11. 99% respectively. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and obesity/overweight was 13. 38%,35. 46%,41. 80% and 43. 93% respectively. The prevalence of diabetes and metabolic syndrome was significantly increased with the increase of the age. Conclusion High prevalence of diabetes, impaired glucose regulation, metabolic syndrome and its related diseases among the dwellers over 20 years old were observed in Pingliang community in Shanghai. The prevalence and the relative risk are increased with the increase of the age.
