试论我国医院制剂今后的走向

回顾了医院制剂在医疗工作中的重要贡献和医院制剂的发展历程,论述了医院制剂今后的走向。指出:医院制剂将逐步走向减少、萎缩之路;现阶段的医院制剂已只有社会效益,而无经济效益;不是药剂人员愿意生产医院制剂,而是病人需要。因此,医院领导和药剂人员要转变观念,下决心放弃医院制剂,切忌再投入资金改造或新建制剂室,医院制剂应从供应保障型向技术开发型发展;对医院制剂的某些政策尚需探讨。

Developmental Trend of Hospital Preparations in Our Country

This article reviews the developmental process of hospital preparation and its great attribution to medical cause in the past decades and prospects its trends in future. According to the authors, hospital preparations will be less and less; currently, hospital preparations can only produce social benefits without economic profit. It is not the pharmacists want to produce hospital preparations but the patients hope so. Therefore, the hospital leaders and pharmacists should change their ideas and make up their minds to give up hospital preparations. Any further investment in re - building or newly establishing the preparing room is unwise. Hospital preparations shall change its mode from supply - oriented to technological development - oriented. Some policies on hospital preparations still need further discussion.
