实验诱导异位骨化

目的：介绍一种创伤诱导异位骨化（ＨＯ）的方法，并探讨ＨＯ形成的病理机制。方法：２４只新西兰白兔左后肢伸直位石膏固定５周，前３周内每隔１ｄ去石膏连续被动屈伸膝关节，每次５ｍｉｎ，并进行Ｘ线及组织学检查。结果：２４只兔股中间肌中全部诱导出ＨＯ。ＨＯ大多出现在第２、３周，骨化程度随时间延长逐渐增多，所诱导的异位骨化与常位骨结构相似，含丰富小梁骨及骨髓，超微结构中有大量骨基质及活跃的细胞。结论：此方法简单易行，能有效诱导异位骨化。

Experimental Induction of Heterotopic Ossification

Objective:To introduce a method to induce heterotopic ossification.Methods:The left hid limbs of 24 New Zealand white rabbits were immobilized with knee in extension for 5 weeks,after removing plaster cast a forcible mobilizatin lasting 5 minutes to be performed every other day during the first 3 weeks.X ray and histological examination were made.Result:Heterotopic ossification was made in the quadriceps muscle of 24 rabbits.Most of heterotopic ossification appeared during the 2nd or 3rd week,the degree of ossification gradually increased with time.The morphology of ectopic bone is similar to that of normal bone,even containing abundant bone trabecula and marrow.A lot of bone matrix and active osteoblast were observed in ectopic bone under electronic microscope.Conclusion:This method is simple and feasible to induce heterotopic ossification.
