假体置换治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的术前准备及术式选择

目的：了解、评价假体置换治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的术前准备及术式选择。方法：作者于１９９０～１９９７年收治６１例股骨颈骨折合并其他脏器病变的老年患者，对各种合并症处理后达到我们预先拟定可行手术的标准时，方行手术，结果与同期无合并症行手术治疗的患者相比。结果：发现２组均能顺利度过手术关，手术创伤相仿，早期并发症均较低。结论：假体置换术治疗合并其他脏器病变的老年人股骨颈骨折是安全的，人工股骨头置换术适用于高龄或全身情况较差者。

Preoperative Preparation and Selection of Surgical Type of Arthroplasty for Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in Aged Patients

Objective:To evaluate the preoperative preparation and the selection of surgical type of arthroplasty for treatment of femoral neck fracture in the aged.Methods:From 1990 to 1997,61 aged patients with femoral neck fracture and coexisting diseases underwent arthroplasty after the coexisting diseases were treated to meet a certain standard.The patients were compared with 66 cases without the coexisting diseases in the meantime.Results:All cases were successfully operated,the surgical traumas in the two groups were similar,the complications at the early stage were few in both groups.Conclusions:The results suggest that it would be harmless to undergo arthroplasty for the aged patients with femoral neck fracture and the coexisting disease after preoperative preparation,and the femoral head replacement is suitable to the aged patients with systemic diseases.
