| 摘 要： | 目的：对固醇类药物注射及手术切开治疗板机指（ＴＦ）的疗效予以前瞻性研究。方法：将２７８例（３５２指）Ⅰ°～Ⅲ°ＴＦ随机分为２组：固醇类药物（醋酸曲安缩松与利美达松）注射组（ＳＩ）和闭合或开放切开（ＣＯＤ）组。随访０５～５年。结果：ＳＩ与ＣＯＤ总有效率为８１％（１４０／１７３）和９３％（１３２／１４２）（Ｘ２＝２４５，Ｐ＞００５）；其中ＳＩ在Ⅰ°～Ⅲ°中有效率分别为９７％，７９％和５７％（Ｘ２＝９８１，Ｐ＜００１），ＣＯＤ有效率分别为８５％，９５％和１００％（Ⅰ°～Ⅲ°：Ｐ＝０２２，Ⅱ°～Ⅰ°、Ⅲ°：Ｘ２＝２６９，Ｐ＞０１），病情与病程呈正相关（τ＝１１２，Ｐ＜００１）。结论：ＳＩ对Ⅰ°～Ⅱ°疗效满意，ＣＯＤ对Ⅲ°或病程大于半年的Ⅱ°ＴＦ为一安全有效的治疗方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the efficacy and safety of steroid injection (SI) and closed or open division(COD).Method:278 patient (352 digits) with grade TF were divided randomly into SI and COD groups and were followed up from 05 to 5 years.Results:The total successful rate of SI and COD were 81% and 93% respectively (X2=2245,P>005).In SI group,the successful outcome for to grade were 93%,79% and 57% respectively(X2=981,P<001);However,in COD group it were 85%,95% and 100%(:P=022;,:X2=269,P>01).The severity of the symptoms represented a positive correlation to the duration of the disease.Conclusion:SI is a favorable measure for grade TF,if the symptoms is longer than 6 months COD technique should be considered. |
