骨骺刺激术促进长骨局部生长实验研究和临床应用

采用截骨和骨膜切除术两种常用骨骺刺激方法对兔胫骨局部骨生长的刺激研究进行观察。结果表明骨膜切除术对骨骺生长的刺激作用大于截骨术。１９９２年后应用于临床，对３例血源性膝内翻、２３例脊髓灰质炎后遗膝反屈、１例脑性瘫膝反屈、１例佝偻病Ｘ形腿及３例截骨矫正膝反屈后并发膝外翻，应用骨膜切除术矫形。经６个月～４年２个月，平均３年１个月，随访获得满意疗效

Epiphyseal-stimulation for the Local Growth of Long Bone, An Experimental Research and Clinical Report.

The effect of local growth in long bone of the rabbits had been experimental studied following two different epiphyseal-stimulations, osteotomy and hemicircumferential periosteal excision. The epiphyseal local stimulating effect follwing hemicircumferential periosteal excision were more than that of following osteotomy.Since 1992, hemicircumferential periosteal excision had been used for the treatment of acquired deformities of knee in 31 children with 37 knees in clinic. Three cases with genu-varum were followed infection by the blood stream, twenty-three cases with genu-recurvatum due to poliomyelitis were delt with osteotomy for correcting the genu-recurvatum (in 3). All cases were followed up from six months to four years and two months (averaged three years and one month) with a satisfactory results.
