骨肿瘤复发后组织起源及p53.C—erbB—2表达的变化

目的：探讨骨肿瘤复发后组织起源及相关癌基因蛋白表达的变化。方法：应用免疫组化方法，测定８例骨肿瘤复发前后１６个标本Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ．Ａｃｔｉｎ．ｐ５３Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白的表达。良性骨肿瘤２例，恶性骨肿瘤６例。结果：２例良性骨肿瘤在复发前后各项指标均无变化；６例恶性骨肿瘤中，３例Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ，５例Ａｃｔｉｎ，３例ｐ５３和２例Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２基因在复发前后表达结果不同。结论：复发恶性骨肿瘤与原发可能并非同源，体内存在另外的致癌因素，使癌基因发生改变，导致肿瘤再生。

Changes in Histogenesis and Expressions of P53,C-erbB-2 in Recurrence Bone Tumor

Objective:To investigate the changes in histogenesis and expressions of related oncogene protein in recurrent bone tumor.Methods:The expressions of Vimentin,Actin,P53,C-erbB-2 of 16 samples from 8 cases of recurrent bone tumor were determined by immunohistochemisty.There were 2 in benign and 6 in malignant.Results:There were no change of every singles in primary and recurrent benign bone tumor;in 6 malignant tumor,there were different expressions in primary and recurrent of Vimentin in 3 cases,Actin in 5 cases,P53 in 3 cases and C-erbB-2 in 2 cases.Conclusion:The histogenesis of recurrent malignant bone tumor might be different from that of the primary and there were other causing cancer factors in human body,and made other oncogene change,led to the tumor recurrence.
