血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值

目的:探讨血清中癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法:采用电化学发光法分别检测71例肺癌患者和20例肺良性疾病患者及20例健康者的血清中CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1的含量。结果:肺癌组血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1的含量显著高于健康对照组和肺良性疾病组(P<0.01);联合检测一项以上阳性的敏感性和准确性最高,分别为84.5%和82.0%,优于三项全阳性和单项检测。结论:血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1联合检测可提高肺癌诊断的敏感性和准确性,对肺癌的早期诊断能提供有价值的实验室依据。

Diagnostic value of combined dectation of CEA, CA125 and CYFRA21 -1 in lung cancer

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of combined dectation of three tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1) of serum in the lung cancer.Methods:The CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1 contents of 71 cases of lung cancer,20 cases of benign lung disease and 20 cases of healthy controllers were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA).Results:The average contents of the CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1 of lung cancer group were significiently higher than those of benign lung disease and healthy controllers(P<0.01).The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined dectation of which more than one of the three markers being positive were most high,which are sepretely 84.5% and 82.0%,which was superior to three markers positive and singal assay.Conclusion:The sensitivity and accuracy of the combined dectation of the three tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1) in lung cancer are improved and might provide valuable laboratory proof in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
