| 摘 要： | 本文采用10只雄性大鼠,分两组,6只实验,4只对照。微波照射睾丸使温度升高至39.5℃——41.5℃,三天后取材。冰冻切片。对肝脏酶活性的组织化学进行观察。糖原明显下降,葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶活性增强,琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性稍减弱。文章对上述几种组化指标变化机理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The testes of adult rats were irradiated with microwave to raise the temperature of re testes to 39.5℃-41.5℃for 15 minutes.Three days later,the enzyme acti- vities of the livers of the irradiated rats were investigated by histochemical met- hod.The granules of the hepatic lycogen in cytoplasm were remarkably decreased, the activity of the glucose-6-phosphatase was increased and the activities of succinate dehydrogenase and lactic dehydrogenase were slightly decreased,as compared with those in the normal group.The mechanism of the change in the activities of several enzymes was discussed. |
