糖原合成酶激酶3的调节与功能

摘    要:糖原合成酶激酶3(glycogensynthasekinase3,GSK3)是一种丝/苏氨酸磷酸激酶,它涉及多条信号传导途径,是许多细胞学过程和疾病的关键因素。磷酸化,蛋白复合物形成以及亚细胞定位可精细调节GSK3的活性水平,从而控制其在细胞结构、生长、运动性以及凋亡等方面的作用。文章综述了其分子生物学特征和调节、在细胞学过程中的功能及与疾病的关系。

Abstract:Glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3) is a serine/threonine kinase, which is involved in many signal transduction pathways and therefore is a key component of many cellular processes and diseases. Phosphorylation, protein complex formation, and subcellular distribution can subtly regulate the activity of GSK3, and thus control its influences on cellular structure, growth, motility and apoptosis. This article reviews the biological features and regulation of GSK3, its function in cellular processes, as well as its relationship to some diseases.
