儿童幽门螺杆菌感染头发微量元素含量变化

目的 :探讨H .Pylori感染对小儿头发中锌、铜、铁及钙含量的影响。方法 :对有上消化道症状的患儿进行血清H .Pylori抗体测定及头发锌、铜、铁、钙含量测定 ;采用协方差分析探讨H .Pylori感染者与未感染者发锌、铁、铜及钙含量的差异。结果 :血清H .Pylori抗体为影响小儿头发锌、铁含量的主要因素 ,在消除性别、年龄及其它微量元素的影响之后 ,H .Pylori感染患儿发锌、发铁含量明显低于未感染者 ,差异有显著意义。结论 :H .Pylori感染可引起患儿锌和铁营养不良 ,及时发现和纠正锌、铁营养不良状况对防治H .Pylori感染具有重要意义

Hair Concentration Of Trace Elements In The Children Infected With H. pylori

Objective:To investigate hair concentration of zinc,copper,iron and calcium in the children infected with H.pylori Methods:Measure serum antibody of H.Pylori and hair concentration of zinc,copper,iron and calcium in the children with symptom of upper alimentary tract.Analysis of covariance was performed to study the difference of hair concentration of zinc,copper,iron and calcium between the children infected with H.pylori and those without H.pylori.Results:Senum antibody of H.Pylori was the main influential factor to the hair concentration of zinc and iron.The hair concentration of zinc,iron in the childrenf infected with H.pylori was significantly lower than that without H.pylori after the influence of sex,age and other trace elements was eliminated.Conclusions:H.Pylori may bring on malnutrition of zinc and iron to the children.Malnutrition of zinc and iron in the children infected with H.pylori should be discovered and rectified in time,which was importance to prevent the harm of H.pylori to the children.
