摘    要:目的探讨二期梅毒患者外周辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)亚群的分化取向及其在梅毒发病机制中的作用。方法采用流式细胞术检测经三色荧光抗体染色的二期梅毒患者外周血CD4^+/IFN-γ^+(Th1)、CD4^+ 1/IL-4^+(Th2)、CD4^+/IFN-γ^+/IL-4^+(Tho)细胞含量。结果梅毒组Thl细胞含量、Thl/Th2比值均明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),梅毒组存在Thl细胞分化偏态性。结论二期梅毒患者Th细胞亚群分化失衡,可能是机体不能完全清除T.p,造成T.p潜伏体内形成长期感染的关键因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the differentiation direction of Th cells in peripheral blood of the patients with secondary syphilis. Methods A three - colour immunofluresoent antibody was used to stain the peripheral blood T cells in observation group and the centrols and the concentrations of CD4^+/IFNγ^+ ( Thl ), CD4^+ 1/IL - 4^+ ( Th2 ), CD4^+/IFNγ^+/IL - 4^+ ( Tho ) ceils in peripheral blood in both groups were detected by flow cytometry. Results Compared to controls, the number of Thl ceils in patients with secondary syphi/is was decreased and the ratio of Thl/Th2 was also reduced. There was no difference in number of Th2 between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). It showed that there was a differentiation bias in Thl ceils in observation group, Conclusion The differentiation disorder of Th ceils in peripheral blood and reduced ratio of Thl cells might be a key factor that the body can not completely eliminate Treponema pallidum leading to latent infection in the body in long period.
