| 摘 要： | 综合疗法是治疗恶性淋巴瘤的原则，无论是霍奇金病（HD）或非霍金淋巴瘤（NHL），目前多主张以全身化疗为主，放化疗结合，并强调化疗的剂量强度，难治性及复发性NHL则主张大剂量多药联合化疗，此外，骨髓移植及外周干细胞移植，为部分具有不良因素，恶性程度高者创造了治疗机会，免疫疗法对肿瘤细胞特异性强，副作用小，越来越受到人们关注。

| Abstract: | The combination therapy is the principle for the treatment of malignant lymphoma. At present, the whole body chemotherapy is the main method for Hodgkin's disease and non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The radiotherapy is also used as an assistant method. For the refractory and recurrent non Hodgkin's lymphoma, the large doses and several kinds of drugs are used in clinical practice. Besides that, the usage of bone marrow and blood steam cell transplantation imply the treatment chance for the patients who have the high malignant type. The immunotherapy has the features of specific and light side effect. Recenty, this method is in focus. |
