急性肺栓塞尿激酶2小时静脉溶栓疗效

目的 观察应用尿激酶2h静脉溶栓方法治疗急性肺栓塞患的疗效。方法 经核素肺灌注显像、D—二聚体、彩超及胸部CT等无创诊断技术确诊的25例急性肺栓塞病例，行尿激酶2h法溶栓治疗，应用临床监测及核素肺灌注显像进行疗效分析。结果 尿激酶2h法溶栓治愈8例，显效4例，好转5例，有效4例，无效4例。溶栓过程中患未见严重出血，血压心率平稳，症状明显改善。结论 急性肺栓塞应用尿激酶2h静脉溶栓治疗有良好的临床效果及安全性。

The Observation on the Efficacy of Thromblytic Therapy on the 2-Hour Treatment of Acute Pulmonary Embolism

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of thromblytic therapy using urokinase (UK) for 2 hours on the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism. Methods Twenty five patients with acute pulmonary embolism, based on the results of perfusion lung scanning, chest CT, or ultrasound cardiogram, were included for the study. The patients received a 2 hour thromblytic therapy.Results Among the 25 patients, 8 recovered, 4 had significant improvement, 5 had some improvement, 4 showed some effectiveness, and the rest 4 no improvement. Throughout the treatment, the patients showed no serious bleeding. The patients' blood pressure and heart rate remained steady throughout the period.Conclusion Thromblytic therapy with the use of 2 hour urokinase has achieved significant clinical outcome and its safety has been validated on the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism.
