| 摘 要： | 目的探讨滋阴利水法治疗老年急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法将126例老年急性脑梗死患者按2:1配比随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗方案的基础上加用滋阴利水为主的中药补肾利水方,疗程为15d,观察两组临床疗效、中医证候疗效、神经功能缺损疗效及治疗前后血液流变学各项指标。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90.5%,明显优于对照组的71.4%(P0.01);治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为90.5%,明显优于对照组的78.6%(P0.01);治疗组神经功能缺损疗效总有效率为84.5%,明显优于对照组78.6%(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标全血黏度(低切值)、血浆比黏度、红细胞比容均有所下降,其中全血黏度(低切值)、血浆比黏度下降明显优于对照组。结论滋阴利水法可有效治疗老年急性脑梗死,且无不良反应,能提高老年患者的生活质量。
