| 摘 要： | [目的]观察平溃散对实验性应激性胃溃疡的保护作用。[方法]以豚鼠为实验对象,应用水浸拘束法建立豚鼠胃溃疡模型,以生理盐水为对照,用溃疡指数和溃疡抑制百分率进行评价。[结果]与生理盐水组比较,平溃散可明显降低豚鼠溃疡指数,并且在本实验所用剂量范围内溃疡抑制率与剂量有关。[结论]平溃散对豚鼠应激性胃溃疡具有明显的保护作用。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the protective effects of Pingkui powder on experimental stress gastric ulcer. [Methods] Models of stress gastric ulcer were established by soaking guinea-pig . Using physiological saline as control.the test was performed with three doses of Pingkui powder. The ulcer index was measured and the inhibitory rates were counted. [Results] Pingkui powder reduced the stress gastric ulcer index significanty and was dosage correlated (P<0.05,P < 0.01).[Conclusion] Pingkui powder has protective effect on stress gastric ulcer by soaking guinea-pig. |
