| 摘 要： | 目的观察茵陈胆道汤预防肝胆管结石术后复发的临床疗效.方法采取随机对照的方法,将61例患者随机分为2组,治疗组34例,予茵陈胆道汤,每日1剂,分2次口服;对照组27例,不服用任何中西药物.2组均观察随访3年.结果治疗组复发率为5.88%,对照组复发率为18.52%,且治疗后治疗组组内及组间血清总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆红素(TBIL)、血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(GOT)变化比较,均有显著性的差异(P<0.01).结论茵陈胆道汤有预防肝胆管结石术后复发的作用,并有降低CHO、TG、TBIL、GOT的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the preventive effect of Yinchendandao Decoction (YD) on recurrence after hepatolithotomy. Method The patients (n=61) were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=34) with YD (one dose twice a day orally) and the control group (n=27) with nothing. The observation and following visits were given to two groups for 3 years. Result The recurrent rate was 5.88 % in the treatment group and that in the control group, 18.52 %, and there was a significant difference between two groups in cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), total bilirubin (TBIL) and AST (P<0.01). Conclusion YD has the effects on prevention of recurrence after hepatolithotomy and decrease of CHO, TG, TBIL and AST. |
