摘    要:本实验通过49例Wistar大鼠骨髓粒系祖细胞培养(CFU-C)及12例Wistar孕鼠胎肝细胞红系祖细胞培养(CFUE,BFU-E)观察了海拔2260m时Wistar大鼠CFU-CCFUE,BFU-E生长情况,提供了中海拔地区大鼠粒系及红系造务祖细胞体外培养模型,为进一步探讨在不同海拔环境中改变造血刺激因子粒系祖细胞造血时生物学特性,及探讨高原地区红细胞数量异常时红系祖细胞过程中的生物特性变化提

Abstract:he grovvth of CFU-Cin 49 Wistar rats and CFU- Eand BFU- Cin the fetal livers of 12pregnant Wistar rats were studied at 2 260m altitude. This study introduced a model of CFU- Cand CFU- Ecultured in vitro at 2 260m altitude and provided a experimental methode for study- ing the biological features of granuloblast series as the hematopoietic factors changed at differentaltitudcs,and for studying the biological features of erythroblast series as the number of red bloodcells were abnormal.
