目的 探讨抑癌基因p53和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在胆囊癌发生发展中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化方法分别对24例胆囊癌、20例胆囊腺瘤和18例慢性胆囊炎进行p53和VEGF蛋白表达的检测。结果 胆囊癌的p53和VEGF的阳性表达率明显高于胆囊腺瘤和慢性胆囊炎（P＜0.01，P＜0.05），根据Nevin分期，胆囊癌S1、S2、S3期的p53阳性表达率明显高于S4、S53期（P＜0.05），而VEGF的阳性表达率在S4、S5期胆囊癌中高于S1、S2、S3期（P＜0.05）。胆囊癌中p53和VEGF的阳性表达明显相关（P＜0.05）。它们与胆囊癌病理分级均未发现明显相关性。结论 p53和VEGF的过度表达可能对胆囊癌的预后判断有一定作用。

Influence values of tumor suppress gene p53 and vascular endothelial growth factor expression on the prognosis of gallbladder cancer

Objective Through studying of the expressions of tumor suppress gene and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the initiation and development of human gallbladder cancer, to explore prognostic value in gallbladder cancer.Methods The expressions of p53 and VEGF were measured by immunohistochemical assay in 24 cases of gallbladder cancer, 20 cases of gallbladder adenoma, and 18 of cases chronic cholecystitis.Results Positive expression rates of p53 and VEGF in gallbladder cancer were significantly higher than those in gallbladder adenoma and chronic cholecystitis(P<0.01,P<0.05). According to Nevin staging,positive expression rate of p53 in gallbladder cancer with S-1, S-2 and S-3 staging was significantly higher than that with S-4 and S-5 staging(P<0.05), while positive expression rate of VEGF in gallbladder cancer with S4 and S5 staging was significantly higher than that with S-1, S-2 and S-3 staging(P<0.05). A significant correlation between the expression of p53 and VEGF was detected in gallbladder cancer, while the expressions of these two proteins did not relate to the pathological staging.Conclusion Overexpression of p53 combined with that of VEGF play a role in the prognosis evaluation of gallbladder cancer.
