| 摘 要： | 用临床流行病学的方法调查664名对象,探讨老年性白内障的中西医发病因素。结果表明年龄大的、吸烟年限长的、子女数多的、身材矮的、脉压差大的、冠状沟阳性的、气虚的、心虚的、肝虚的、肾虚的、老化度高的、患冠心病的、患糖尿病的、血管顺度差的、心搏指数高的、心电图不正常的、脑功能减退的中老年人容易得白内障。提示对老年性白内障应采用中西医综合防治措施。

| Abstract: | In 664 cases,the clinical epidemiological investigation was used to study the TCM &WM pathogenic factors of SC.The result showed that the morbidity of SC mostly related to old ages,long-term smoking,more children,short stature,deficiency of Qi,heart,liver or kidney,history of coro-nary heart disease or diabetes,higher heart beat index,abnormal EKG,and dysfunction of brain,etc.Itindicated that the comprehensive measures of prevention and treatment should be adopted for SC. |
