联合雾化吸入疗法在老年支气管哮喘急性发作治疗中的应用

目的观察氧驱加湿加温下联合雾化吸入法治疗支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）急性发作的临床疗效。方法选择轻、中度哮喘患者52例,在氧驱动下雾化吸入沙丁胺醇（商品名：万托林）、布地奈德雾化混悬液（商品名：普米克令舒）及肝素。观察吸入前后临床症状、体征及肺功能的变化。结果治疗哮喘有效率92.59%,肺功能较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论联合雾化能快速缓解老年患者哮喘急性发作时的症状,控制病情,是一种较为安全、方便、有效的给药方法。

The application of union atomization inspiration therapy treats in the old age bronchial asthma acute attack patients

Objective To observe the oxygen flooding humidification heating method joint aerosol treatment of bronchial asthma(asthma)acute clinical efficacy.Methods Select lowgrade,moderate asthma patients of 52 cases,asthma patients 52 cases who was given oxygen driven aerosol salbutamol(Trade Name:ventolin),nebulized budesonide suspension(Trade Name:Pulmicort Respules SHU)and heparin,observed the after inhaling clinical symptoms,signs and pulmonary function changes.Results The treatment of asthma efficiency 92.59%,compared with pulmonary function improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The atomization can quickly ease elderly patients with acute attack of asthma symptoms,disease controlled,which is a safe,convenient and effective treatment method.
