米诺环素和氟罗沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎的对照研究

目的:观察米诺环素及氟罗沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎的疗效和安全性.方法:将216例非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎患者随机分为两组,每组108例,米诺环素组给予米诺环素100mg,2次/d,氟罗沙星组给予氟罗沙星0.4g,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程均为14d.结果:米诺环素组临床总有效率为92.6%、病原体清除率为92.6%、不良反应率为9.3%;氟罗沙星组临床总有效率为90.7%、病原体清除率为90.7%、不良反应率为8.3%,差异无显著性.药敏试验显示,沙眼衣原体对米诺环素与氟罗沙星的敏感率分别为96.9%、98.5%,解脲脲原体对两者敏感率分别为89.4%、87.5%,两组数据差异无显著性.结论:米诺环素治疗非淋菌性尿道(宫颈)炎安全、有效.

Comparative study of minocycline and fleroxacin in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of minocycline and fleroxacin in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis.Methods:216 cases with non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis were randomly divided into two groups.Minocycline group(n=108) was treated with minocycline 100mg,po,bid for 14d,fleroxacin group(n=108)was treated with fleroxacin 0.4g,iv drip,qd for 14d.Results:The total effective rates of minocycline and fleroxacin were 92.6% and 90.7% respectively.Pathogens elimination rates were 92.6% and 90.7% respectively.The adverse rates were 9.3% and 8.3%,respectively.No significant differences were observed between the two groups.The sensitivity rates of Chlamydia trachomatis to minocycline and fleroxacin were 96.9% and 98.5%,respectively.The sensitivity rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum to minocycline and fleroxacin were 89.4% and 87.5%,respectively.No significant differences were observed between the two groups.Conclusion:Minocycline is effective and safe in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis.
