沙漠热环境徒手应激行军对血淋巴细胞HSP70的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨沙漠热环境徒手应激行军者血淋巴细胞HSP70的变化规律。方法 对沙漠干热环境中以不同速度和时间徒手行军的50名战士和14名对照血淋巴细胞HSP70进行对比分析。结果 同一行军时间的不同行军速度间淋巴细胞HSP70无显著性差异(P>0.05);3.5km/h各行军时间组血淋巴细胞HSP70与对照组,不同行军时间组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);5.0km/h行军2h和3h组血淋巴细胞HSP70与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),行军3h组淋巴细胞HSP70明显高于行军1h组(P<0.05)。结论 随行军速度和时间的增加,淋巴细胞HSP70增高;当行军速度和时间达到一定水平后,机体淋巴细胞HSP70明显增加。血淋巴细胞HSP70作为热损伤和热耐受的监则指标较血浆HSP70敏感。

Abstract:ve To explore the regulation of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in human lymphocyte in case of marching without load in dry-heat desert. Methods The lymphocyte HSP70 of 50 marchers at different speed for different time and 14 controls were detected. Results There was no significant difference between different speeds for the same time (P > 0.05 ) ; there is no significant difference between exposed groups and control, different time exposures at 3.5 km/h; the level of HSP70 at 5km/h for 2 or 3 hours was obviously more than the control( P < 0.05), the lymphocyte HSP70 for 3 hours was obviously more than for 1 hour(P > 0.05). Conclusion The lymphocyte HSP70 increased with speed and time. The blood lymphocyte HSP70 was more sensitive than plasma HSP70 in the monitor of heat injure and heat tolerance.
