| 摘 要： | 对３７例乳腺派杰病（占同期乳腺癌３．７２％），应用免疫组化，即选用抗角蛋白（ＫＴ）、抗细胞角蛋白（ＣＫＴ）、抗上皮膜抗原（ＥＭＡ）、癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）、抗人大肠癌相关抗原（ＭＣ５）、抗细胞角蛋白（Ｋ２７）、抗黑色素性相关抗原Ｓ－１００７种标记物及电镜观察。结果显示乳腺派杰病的细胞特性更接近腺上皮细胞。联合应用多种标记物分析组织发生，Ｓ－１００染色结果不支持黑色素细胞来源，ＫＴ及Ｋ２７染色结果不支持

| Abstract: | The article is specialized in 37 cases of Paget's disease of the breast which is 3. 72% of the breast cancers of the corresponding period.The keratin(KT), cytokeratin(CKT), epunelial membrane antigen(EMA), carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA ), human colon carcinoma antigen MC_5, cytokeratin K_(27) and melanin antigen S-100 are chosen and electron microscope studies. The results suggest the Paget's disease originates from ductal epithelium and negates the origin of melanin cell and the origin of squamous epithelium. |
