乳腺浸润性导管癌组织p21~(ras)和p53表达及与腋淋巴结转移相关性的研究

目的通过检测癌基因p21ras和抑癌基因p53在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达情况,探讨两者与乳腺肿瘤良、恶性和腋淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例乳腺浸润性导管癌癌组织和10例乳腺良性肿瘤组织中p21ras和p53的表达情况,分析其表达与肿瘤良、恶性和腋淋巴结转移的关系。结果在40例乳腺浸润性导管癌癌组织中,p21ras和p53阳性表达率为52.5%和70%,在10例乳腺良性病变组织中,p21ras和p53阳性表达率为10%和20%,在乳腺浸润性导管癌癌组织中,p21ras和p53阳性表达率高于乳腺良性肿瘤组织,P<0.05;在20例有腋淋巴结转移癌组织中,p21ras和p53阳性表达率为80%和95%,在20例无腋淋巴结转移癌组织中,p21ras和p53阳性表达率为25%和45%,在有腋淋巴结转移癌组织中,p21ras和p53阳性表达率高于无腋淋巴结转移癌组织,P<0.05;p21ras和p53在乳腺癌组织中的表达呈显著的正相关,P<0.05。结论 p21ras和p53的表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌及腋淋巴结转移有关,两者存在一定的协同性,联合检测可能更有助于诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌以及判断预后。

Expressions of p21ras and p53 in Breast Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma and Their Relationship with Lymph Node Metastasis

Objective To study the clinical significance of p21^ras and p53 expression in breast infitrating ductal carcinoma tissues.Methods We used immunohistochemistry technique（S-P） to detect the expression of p21^ras and p53 in 40 cases of breast infitrating ductal carcinoma and 10 cases of benign breast tumor.Results The positive expression rates of p21^ras and p53 proteins were significantly higher in breast infitrating ductal carcinoma than those in benign breast tumor specimens（P0.05）.And the positive expression rates of p21^ras and p53 proteins were higher in breast infitrating ductal carcinoma specimens with lymph node tumor metastasis（P0.05）.p21^ras expression correlated markedly with p53 expression（P0.05）.Conclusion Combine detecting the expression of p21^ras and p53 protein in breast infitrating ductal carcinoma might have practical value in determining prognoses and therapy.
