| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心理护理在大龄脑瘫儿家长中的应用效果.方法 选取我院2012年1月-2013年3月60例脑瘫患儿,将患儿的家长按照护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组不进行心理护理,观察组对家长实施心理护理.比较两组家长的护理效果.结果 观察组在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、精神病性评分等精神状态方面的评分低于对照组,观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 心理护理有利于缓解大龄脑瘫患儿家长的不良精神状态,提高满意度.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological nursing in the nursing of elderly cerebral palsy patients＇ parents. Methods The parents of 60 elderly cerebral palsy patients who were admitted to our hospital from Janu- ary 2012 to January 2013, were selected as study subjects, then the parents were divided into 2 groups randomly： observation group （ received psychological nursing） and control group （ not received psychological nursing）, to compare the effect of paren- tal care of the 2 groups. Results The scores of somatization, depression, anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, and other psychi- atric aspects of mental state for observation group were lower than control groups＇. The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can alleviate the adverse mental state and improve satisfaction of elderly cerebral palsy patients＇ parents. |
