| 摘 要： | 目的探讨整体护理对高危妊娠患者心理状态及分娩的影响。方法对40例高危妊娠患者给予整体护理，观察治疗前后患者的心理状态及分娩情况。结果40例孕妇孕期合并症得到控制，情绪稳定，身心舒适度增加，基本需求得到满足，积极配合治疗，降低了孕产妇和围生儿的病死率。结论对高危妊娠患者进行整体护理能降低其合并症的发病率，改善护患关系，提高护理服务质量，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the impact of overall nursing on mental state and delivery of patients with high- risk pregnancy. Methods 40 cases patients with high-risk pregnancy, all of them were given overall nursing, obseved the men-tal state and delivery situation of patients after treatment. Results Complications during pregnancy of 40 cases pregnant women got control, emotional stability, physical and psychological comfort increased, the basic needs were met, and actively co-operate with the treatment, and reduced maternal and perinatal child mortality. Conclusion The overall care of patients with high-risk pregnancy can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the nurse-patient relationship ,and to improve the quali- ty of care, and worthy of clinical application. |
