摘 要: | 目的 研究盐酸达克罗宁胶浆作润滑剂在洗胃术中应用的效果.方法 口服毒物中毒需洗胃治疗且神志清楚患者126例,分为观察组和对照组各63例,观察组洗胃前应用1%盐酸达克罗宁胶浆作润滑剂,对照组以石腊油作润滑剂,常规留置洗胃管后行洗胃术.比较2组胃管置管成功率,洗胃中疼痛、呛咳、恶心呕吐等情况.结果 观察组胃管置管成功率100%,明显高于对照组的87.3%,观察组舒适度(疼痛、呛咳)、洗胃不良反应(呕吐)情况均优于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 盐酸达克罗宁胶浆作润滑剂应用于洗胃术中,能有效提高插管成功率及患者耐受性,减少洗胃不良反应的发生.

Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of dyclonine hydrochloride ihucilage as a lubricant on gastrolavage. Methods 126 conscious patients in our hospital who took intoxication orally and received gastrolavage were equally random- ized into observation group and control group, each of 63 cases. The observation group received 1% hydrochloric acid dyclonine mucilage as lubricant before the gastrolavage ,while the control group received paraffin oil as lubricant. The success rate of in- setting gastric tube and the adverse reactions such as pain, bucking, nausea and vomiting of 2 groups were compared. Results The success rate of inserting gastric tube of the observation group was 100%, which was higher than 87.3% of the control group;the degree of comfort (pain, bucking), the adverse reaction of gastrolavage were significantly better in observation group than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dyclonine hydrochlo- ride mucilage as lubricant can effectively improve the success rate of inserting gastric tube and patients' tolerance, eliminate the incidence of adverse reaction. |
