不同方法治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效比较

目的 观察不同治疗方法治疗尖锐湿疣（CA）的临床疗效.方法 将120例CA患者随机分为A组、B组、C组及D组4组各30例.A组给予液氮冷冻法治疗,B组给予微波法治疗,C组给予5%咪喹莫特局部外用治疗法,D组给予CO2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b外阴处黏膜下或皮下注射治疗.治疗后比较4组复发率及治愈率.结果 D组复发率明显低于其他3组,治愈率明显高于其他3组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 CO2激光治疗CA术后联合α-2b干扰素经外阴处注射给药方式治疗CA依从性好,复发率低,治愈率高,不良反应轻,值得临床推广应用.

Effects comparison of treating condyloma in different ways

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating acuteness wet wart in different ways. Methods 120 patients with acuteness wet wart were randomly divided into 4 groups,A group, B group, C group and D group,30 patients for each group. A group was treated with frozen in liquid nitrogen, B group was given microwave treatment, C group was given with 5% imiquimod topical therapy, D group was given under CO2 laser combined with recombinant human interferon ot-2b genital mucosa or subcutaneous treatment. Compared relapse rate and cure rate of two groups after treatment. Results The re- currence rate of D group was significantly lower than the other three groups, the cure rate was significantly higher than the other three groups, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conchmion The treatment of CO2 laser combined with recombinant human interferon vt-2b genital mucosa or subcutaneous treatment has good compliance, recurrence rate, high cure rate, mild adverse reaction, worthy of clinical application.
