孟鲁司特治疗哮喘预测指数阳性的婴幼儿喘息疗效观察

目的 观察孟鲁司特治疗哮喘预测指数阳性的婴幼儿喘息疗效.方法 将80例哮喘预测指数阳性的婴幼儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例.2组患儿在出现急性喘息发作时均给综合治疗.治疗组在综合治疗基础上给予口服孟鲁司特颗粒,每次4mg,每天1次,连续6个月.观察临床控制情况,评价日间症状评分、夜间症状评分情况.结果 治疗组临床控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗3个月及6个月后治疗组日间症状评分、夜间症状评分均低于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.对照组治疗3个月及6个月后与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 孟鲁司特治疗哮喘预测指数阳性的喘息性婴幼儿疗效明显.

Effect observation of montelukast in treatment of infantile wheezing with positive asthma predictive index

Objective To explore the effect of montelukast in treatment of infants wheezing with positive asthma pre- dictive index. Methods 80 infantile wheezing with positive asthma predictive index were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 40 cases. Two groups were given comprehensive treatment with acute wheezing. On the basis of comprehensive treatment,treatment group was given with 0ral montelukast particles, each 4mg, once daily for 6 months. Ob- served the clinical control situation and evaluated the daytime symptom score and nighttime symptom score of two groups. Re- sults The clinical control rate of treatment group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The daytime symptom score and nighttime symptom score of treatment group 3 months and 6 months later were lower than those before treatment and control group, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the control group had no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Condusion The efficiency of montelukast in the treatment of infants wheezing with positive asthma predictive index has obvious effect.
