激素联合环磷酰胺治疗系统性红斑狼疮合并狼疮肾炎的临床观察

目的 研究激素联合环磷酰胺治疗系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）合并狼疮肾炎（LN）的临床效果.方法 选取2011年2月-2012年2月在我院进行治疗的48例SLE合并LN患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组给予激素联合环磷酰胺治疗,对照组则单纯使用激素治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果.结果 治疗3个月后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组尿蛋白、血清肌酐、红细胞沉降率低于对照组,尿红细胞高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 激素联合环磷酰胺治疗SLE合并LN效果显著,且安全可靠,值得临床推广.

Clinical Observation of Hormone Combine with Cyclophosphamide Therapy in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Lupus Nephritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hormone combined with cyclophosphamide therapy in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with lupus nephritis. Methods A total of 48 systemic lupus erythematosus patients with lupus nephritis who were admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012, were selected as study subjects, then patients were divided into 2 groups randomly： observation group （54 eases, cyclophosphamide combined hormone thera- py）, control group （53 eases, hormone therapy）, to compare the clinical efficacy of the groups. Results After 3 months＇ treatment, observation group had higher overall efficiency than control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The urinary protein, serum creatinine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate of observation group were lower than control group, but the red blood cells was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclu- sion The clinical efficacy of hormone combined with cyelophosphamide therapy in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with lupus uephritis is remarkable and reliable, and this treatment is worthy of promotion.
