冷盐水灌注导管与常规导管射频消融治疗右侧旁路伴室上性心动过速的疗效及安全性比较

目的 评价冷盐水灌注导管与常规导管射频消融治疗右侧旁路伴室上性心动过速的疗效和安全性.方法 将右侧旁路伴室上性心动过速住院患者108例随机分为冷盐水灌注导管消融组52例和常规导管消融组56例,比较2组患者的消融成功率、消融参数、并发症情况.结果 冷盐水灌注导管消融组成功率为100.0%（52/52）,常规导管消融组法组成功率为91.1%（51/56）,2组的操作时间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.冷盐水灌注导管消融组X线曝光时间短于常规导管消融组,放电次数少于常规导管消融组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 冷盐水灌注导管较常规导管消融右侧旁路伴室上性心动过速能增加手术成功率、减少放电次数及X线曝光时间,是一种安全有效的治疗方法.

Efficacy and safety comparison of cold saline infusion catheter and conventional catheter radiofrequency ablation in treatment of the right side of the bypass with ventricular tachycardia

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of cold saline infusion catheter and conventional catheter radiofrequency ablation in treatment of the right side of the bypass with ventricular tachycardia. Methods 108 patients with the right side of the bypass with ventricular tachycardia were randomly divided into cold saline infusion catheter ablation group （52 cases） and conventional catheter ablation group （56 cases）. Cold saline infusion catheter ablation group was given with cold saline infusion catheter ablation. Conventional catheter ablation group was given with conventional catheter ablation. Suc- cessful rate and ablation parameters and complication were compared between two groups. Results The success rate of cold saline infusion catheter ablation group was 100.0% （ 52/52 ）, the success rate of conventional catheter ablation group was 91.1% （51/56）. The operating time of two groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. The X-ray exposure time of cold saline infusion catheter ablation group was shorter than conventional catheter ablation group, the discharge times of cold saline infusion catheter ablation group was less than conventional catheter ablation group, the differences were statistically sig- nificant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compared with conventional catheter ablation, cold saline infusion catheter ablation can in- crease the success rate and reduce discharges time and X-ray exposure time, is a safe and effective treatment.
