外伤性脾切除术后的护理干预效果观察

目的 观察外伤后脾切除术后的护理干预效果.方法 将55例外伤性脾切除术后患者随机分为干预组32例和对照组23例.对照组采取常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施有针对性的护理干预措施.干预后比较2组术后并发症发生情况,并用自制表格调查患者及家属对护理工作的满意度.结果 干预组并发症发生率低于对照组,患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 对外伤性脾切除患者采取有针对性的护理干预措施,明显降低了手术并发症的发生率及患者的不适感,提高了患者的护理满意度,是提高救治成功率、促进患者早日康复的关键,值得临床推广应用.

Effect observation of nursing intervention after traumatic splenectomy

Objective To Observe the effect of nursing intervention after traumatic splenectomy. Methods 55 cases of traumatic patients after splenectomy were randomly divided into intervention group （32 cases） and control group（23 cases）. Control group was given with the routine nursing care. On the basis of the control group, intervention group was given with nurs- ing intervention measures. After the intervention, compared postoperative complications and investigated the nursing satisfaction of the patient and family members with a homemade table of two groups. Results The complication rate of intervention group was lower than control group, the care satisfaction was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention measures, given to the patients with traumatic splenectomy, signifi- candy reduce the incidence of surgical complications and patient discomfort, improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction,improve the treatment success rate, the key to promote early recovery of patient, is worth to be widely applied clinically.
