依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压疗效观察

目的观察依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法将120例高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组给予依那普利口服治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上给予硝苯地平控释片口服治疗。观察2组临床疗效和血压改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95．0％高于对照组的81．7％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后2组血压均低于治疗前，且治疗组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依那普利联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压病疗效显著，无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of enalapril combined with nifedipine GITS in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To observe the efficacy of enalapril combined with nifedipine GITS in the treatment of hyper-tension. Methods 120 cases patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 60 cases. Control group were given oral enalapril, treatment group, on the basis of control group, were given nifedipine GITS o- ral. Observed the clinical efficacy and the situation of blood pressui＇e improve of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （95.0%） was higher than that of control group （ 81.7% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, blood pressure of 2 groups were lower than before treatment ~ and treatment group were lower than con-trol group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of enalapril and nifedipine GITS in the treatment of hypertension is significant, no significant adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
