吉西他滨周疗联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的 观察吉西他滨周疗联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应.方法 经病理组织学或细胞学证实不能手术的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者48例随机分为治疗组与对照组各24例,治疗组采取吉西他滨周疗联合奈达铂疗法,对照组单用吉西他滨周疗法.吉西他滨800～1000mg/m2静脉滴注d1、d8、d15,奈达铂75mg/m2静脉滴注d1;每28天为1个周期.比较2组疗效及不良反应.结果 治疗组有效率为75%,明显高于对照组的54.2%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 吉西他滨周疗联合奈达铂进行全身化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者具有较好的疗效,不良反应可以耐受,可作为晚期非小细胞肺癌一线化疗方案应用.

Clinical observation of gemcitabine weekly therapy combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To value the efficacy and toxicities of gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods 48 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided in- to treatment group and control group, each of 24 cases. The treatment group were received the therapy of recombinant gemcit- abine Combined with nedaplatin, while the control group were treated with gemcitabine weekly therapy （ gemcitabine 800 - 1000mg/m2 intravenous infusion of dl ,d8 and d15 ;nedaplatin 75mg/m^2 intravenous infusion of dl ）. 28 days are 1 period. The curative effect and adverse reaction of 2 groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 75%, which was higher than 54.2% of the control group,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with nedaplatin has a superior therapeutic effect on advanced NSCLC, with endurable side effects, which is worth popularizing and applying in the clinic treatment.
