温热式低周波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效价值

目的：探讨温热式低周波在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的疗效价值。方法：将2007年1月～2008年12月期间的腰椎间盘突出症患者168例随机分为两组，对照组84例，采用常规治疗，观察组84例在常规治疗的基础上，再加用温热式低周波进行辅助治疗。结果：观察组痊愈39例，显效31例，好转11例，无效3例，有效率为96．43％；对照组痊愈29例，显效21例，好转18例，无效16例，有效率为80．95％。结论：观察组在常规治疗脊柱推拿．骨盆牵引的基础上加用温热式低周波综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显优于对照组常规治疗，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。

The value of warm low-frequency therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective:To investigate the value the effect of the low-frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods:During January 2007 to December 2008 period, 168 cases of lumbar disc herniation were ran-domly divided into two groups, control group for 84 cases, conventional treatment, 84 cases of the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the use of hyperthermia combined with low-frequency for adjuvant therapy. Results: The observation group 39 cases were recovered, 31 cases markedly improved, 11 cases were invalid , efficient rate was 96.43%; and control group, 29 cases were recovered, 21 cases markedly effective, 18 cases improved, 16 cases of inef-fective, 80.95% efficient. Conclusion:Observation group in the conventional treatment of spinal manipulation, pelvic traction based on the use of low-frequency hyperthcrmia combination therapy treatment of lumbar disc herniation group was superior to conventional treatment, two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).
