| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革的深入发展，我国居民卫生服务的需求与利用发生了显著变化，我国城市卫生服务需求的增加与卫生服务的利用并不同步且出现患者未就诊率增加和医疗机构门诊利用率下降的复杂局面。该文利用logistic回归方法研究影响东营城乡居民就诊行为的主要因素，为卫生改革提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | With the economic reform development, health service demand and utilization model changed much in China. The increasing of both health demand and utilization are not at the same speed, which caused efficiency decrease among health institutions. This article analyzed the primary factors impacted visit probability of residents among urban and rural residents in Dongying city, which aimed to provide useful suggestions to policy makers. |
