垂体大腺瘤手术后MRI表现及复查时间的选择

目的：探讨垂体大腺瘤术后早期MRI影像学表现,发现残余肿瘤,为临床提供复查最佳时间的选择。方法：回顾性的研究,将149例患者垂体大腺瘤术后影像学表现分为4个时间段,在增强MRI成像上的脑垂体变化、信号强度、植入材料的吸收程度及残余肿瘤的随访。结果：术后改变包括植入材料的吸收程度和垂体的复张程度;术后垂体肿物MRI增强模式为：无强化,结节性增强,周边边缘增强,合并结节及周边环形增强;术后早期（1天～1周）MRI增强扫描能够识别残存垂体腺瘤。结论：垂体大腺瘤术后早期（1天～1周）增强MRI是复查MRI检查的最佳时机。

Pituitary adenoma after surgery MRI performance and how to choose the review timing

Objective：To study the pituitary adenoma of early postoperative MRI imaging and revealed residual tumor.Provision the best time to review for clinical of a choice.Methods：A retrospective study of the 149 patients after pituitary adenoma,imaging findings was divided into four time periods.Changes in enhancing pituitary MRI imaging,the signal strength,the absorption level of-implant materials,and follow of the residual tumor.Results：The changes include the absorption of the extent implanted materials,and the degree of pituitary reexpansion. Postoperative enhanced MRI of pituitary tumor mode were no enhancement,nodular enhancement,around the edge enhancement and mergers nodules and peripheral ring enhancement.Surgery early stage （1 day-1 week）,MRI enhanced scan can identify the remnants of pituitary adenoma.Conclusion：Early postoperative pituitary adenoma （1 day-1 week） enhanced MRI is the best time to review the MRI examination.
