胆囊收缩素及胃泌素对体内生长胆管癌细胞增殖的影响

目的 探讨胆囊收缩素（ＣＣＫ）、胃泌素（ｇａｓｔｒｉｎ）对体内生长胆管癌细胞增殖的影响。方法 将胆管癌细胞ＱＢＣ９３９（ＱＢ）接种在裸鼠背部皮下，１４ｄ后皮下注射ＣＣＫ、胃泌素或／和胆囊收缩素－Ａ受体拮抗剂Ｌ３６４，７１８（Ｌ１８）、胆囊收缩素－Ｂ／胃泌素受体拮抗剂Ｌ３６５，２６０（Ｌ６０），治疗３周后活杀，计算移植瘤体积及重量并用流式细胞仪测定增殖指数和蛋白质总量。结果 ＣＣＫ－８硫酸盐（ＣＣＫ

Effect of cholecystokinin and gastrin on proliferation of cholangiocarcinoma cell growing in vivo

Objective To explore the effect of cholecystokinin (CCK) and gastrin on proliferation of cholangiocarcinoma cell growing in vivo. Methods Cholangiocarcinoma cells QBC939 (QB) was subcutaneously inoculated in the back in the 60 naked mice. After 14 days the naked mice were subjected to injection of CCK, gastrin, or(and) CCK A receptor antagonist 1364,718(L18), CCK B/Gastrin receptor antagonist L365,260(L60) subcutaneously. The naked mice were killed 3 weeks after treatment. The volume and weight of the grafted tumor were calculated and the proliferation index and the mass of protein were determined by using flow cytometry. Results The volume and weight of the grafted tumor were increased significantly, the proliferation index and the mass of protein were raised obviously 14 to 21 days after treatment with CCK or Gastrin. L18 or L60 inhibited the effects made by CCK or gastrin. Conclusion CCK and gastrin can accelerate the proliferation of cholangiocarcinoma cell growing in vivo , which could be antagonized by their receptor antagonists.;
