新入学大学生乙肝病毒感染状况调查

目的 了解新入学大学生乙型肝炎病毒感染状况。方法 对99级和98级全体新生进行肝功能测定,早晨空腹取静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定乙肝五项,用动力法测定ALT指标。结果 本校两届新生HBsAg的阳性感染率分别为3.82％和4.99％,均低于我国社会人群的感染率,男女之间的阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.05),男性的感染率明显高于女性。乙肝病毒感染模式均以模式1(HBsAg/HBeAg/HBcAb)和模式2(HBsAg/HBeAb/HBcAb)居多。ALT升高者大多存在于HBeAg阳性的人群中。结论 为了很好地控制传染病的流行,对大学生从入学开始进行防病知识的宣传教育是很有必要的。

Survey on HBV Infection Rate among Freshmen at Registration

Objective To find out infection rate of HBV among freshmen at entry. Methods The liver function test was carried out on the fast samples of blood phlebotomized at morning. ELISA was used for detection of HBsAg, HBeAg, HBcAb, HBeAb.etc, and dynamic method was used to examine the ALT. Results The infection rate of HBsAg among male and female fresh-mem was 3.82% and 4.99% , respectively, both are lower than the general population.The infection rate of male was higher than that of female with significant statistical difference ( P < 0.05) .The most common infection among the fresliman were HBsAg/HBeAg/ HBcAb.Most of the elevation of ALT was among those whose HBeAg were positive. Conclusions In order to control the epidemic of HBV among college students, it is necessary to carry out the further mobilization and awareness of prevention infectious disease among fresliman.
