| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑瘫患儿骨矿含量(BMD)、血甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、降钙素(CT)水平的变化。方法:应用骨密度仪测定37例脑瘫患儿和28例正常儿骨密度,应用放射免疫法测定其血PTH、CT。结果:脑瘫患儿BMD、血PTH、CT异常,其异常程度与脑瘫类型有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the change of bone mineral density and the levels of serum PTH and CT in the children with cerbral palsy. Method: The bone minaral density of radius was measured with BMD analyser and the levels of serum PTH and CT were measured by radioimmunoassay in 37 children with CP and 28 healthy children. Results: The bone mineral density of children with CP was significantly lower than that of healthy children (P<0.01). The serum PTH of spasticity CP was significantly higher than that of athetosis CP (P<0.01), but the serum CT was significantly lower than that of athetosis CP (P<0.01). Conclusion: There was abnormality in BMD and serum PTH and CT in children with CP, and the abnormal degree was related to the type of CP. |
