绵羊颅骨炮制规范化研究

摘    要:目的为绵羊颅骨炮制工艺的优化提供依据。方法用传统方法和改良方法对绵羊颅骨进行炮制,计算得率,并以蒙药专家对炮制品分级性状为指标,对其主要影响因素温度、时间进行量化,通过析因设计实验对主要因素进行考察,最终得出优化工艺。结果通过析因实验分析,最终确定出优化工艺为温度为200—220℃,时间为15~40min。结论以分级性状为指标进行的析因设计实验规范化了炮制工艺。

Abstract:Objective To provide the basis for the process optimization of Cranium Ovis Arietis. Methods The traditional preparation technology and the improved process on Cranium Ovis Arietis were adopted. At the same time, taking the characters as index temperature and time were experimented through factorial design, reaching ultimately an optimization on every major factor, at last got optimized technology. Results Through factorial experiment the optimization process of improved methods concocted muffle furnace, the temperature is 200 to 220℃, the time is controled in the 15 - 40 min. Conclusion The processing technology of Cranium Ovis Arietis is standardized though factorial experiment.
