布氏菌病控制阶段人间疫情监测结果分析

目的 了解布氏菌病基本控制阶段疫情动态，提供防治工作科学依据。方法 在全市范围内实行疫情有奖报告制度，同时按照“布鲁氏菌病监测方案”要求，每年抽查3个村7～60岁与家畜密切接触900人以上进行布氏菌素皮变试验，阳性采血进行凝集试验。结果1998年、2000年分别由郯县、汝州市、鲁山县上报布氏菌病患3例，分别是占全县人口的0.14／10万、0．13／10万、0．12／10万，其中鲁山县为首次报告病人，监测点5年共皮试5019人，阳性35人，阳性率为0．70％，凝集试验阳性2人，阳性率为0．04％。结论 布氏菌病控制阶段，散发病例时有发生，非疫区县首次报告病例，由外地疫情回升地区输入传染源所致；监测点内隐性感染时隐时现，坚持畜间检疫、免疫工作是防止疫情蔓延流行的关键。

An analysis for surveillance results of brucellosis among human beings in its controlled stage

Objective To konw dynamic epidemic situation of brucellosis in basically controlled stage and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment.Methods Epidemic situation report system giving reward in the whole city.At the same time,according to the project of brucellosis suveillance,900 persons from 3 villages aged 7 to 60 years old,which contace livestock frequently,were selected and test by brucellergen every year.Those who are positive were given tube agglutination test.Results Jiaxian county,Ruzhou city and Lushan county totally reported 3 cases of brucellosis in year 1998 and 2000,Lushan county reported brucellosis case for the first time.5019 persons were detected by brucellergen test in 5 years at surveillance spots.The positive number was 35 and the rate was 0.70%.The positive number by tube agglutination test was 2 and the rate was 0.04%. Conclusions Sporadic occurrence of brucellosis exists sometimes in the controlled stage.Brucellosis reported by the non-brucellosis county for the first time was transmitted from other regions. Covert infection occurs sometimes in the surveillance spots.It is the key measure for prevention and treatment of brucellosis to carry on quarantining and immune work among livestock.
