| 摘 要： | 目的：早期诊断及治疗胆囊癌。方法：分析和总结我院从１９８４年～１９９６年诊治的１７例胆囊癌。结果：我们发现患者早期诊断及治疗者少，误诊原因为患者症状不典型，临床医师满足于胆囊结石或胆囊炎的诊断。结论：胆囊癌的早期治疗关键在于早期诊断，对于胆囊癌可根据不同的分期行不同的术式进行根治术或姑息性切除。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss how to make early diagnosis and treatment of cholecyst cancer.Methods:17 cases of cholecyst cancer from 1984 to 1996 in our hospital were summerized.Results:It is discovered that only a few patients were diagnosed and received treatment at early stage.The reasons of misdiagnosis are as following:symptoms of the patients are not typical,and the doctors are satisfied with the diagnosis of cholecystolithiasis or cholecystitis.Conclusion:The key to the early treatment of cholecyst cancer is early diagnosis.According to the different stages of cancer,different operation methods such as radical operation or palliative cholecystectomy can be adopted. |
