合重建在老年人合机能恢复中的作用（附30例病例分析）

目的：探讨合重建在老年人合机能恢复中的作用。方法：对患者采用总义齿、部分义齿进行修复，通过调磨余留牙、采用合垫式义齿，重建符合患者生理状况的合曲线，完成合重建，并通过合重建恢复合机能。结果：２９例患者修复后效果良好，合机能恢复。１例因顽固性下颌前伸习惯未能改正，修复后效果一般。结论：老年缺牙患者多伴有合机能障碍；良好的合重建能消除合机能障碍，恢复合机能

EFFECT OF OCCLUSAL RECONSTRUCTION FOR OCCLUSAL FUNCTION RESTORATION IN OLD PATIENTS

Objective:To study effect of occlusal restoration for occlusal function recovery in old patiens.Method:Full denture and removable denture were used.Through selective grinding of remaining teeth and applied occlusal pad,reconstructed physiological occlusal curve and achieved the occlusal restoration.Results:After restoration,effectiveness of 29 cases was good and achieved the occlusal function restoration.Because of failing to correct the habit of stretching forward of lower jaw,the effect of one case was not satisfactory.Conclusion:Occlusal dysfunction is frequently observed in geriatric partial and total anodontia.Good occlusal reconstruction can eliminate the occlusal dysfunction and achieve the occlusal function restoration.
