双下肢按摩及温水足浴对剖宫产术后功能恢复的临床研究

目的探讨双下肢按摩及温水足浴对剖宫产术后功能恢复的研究。方法剖宫产术后的产妇各100例,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组术后2h开始以40℃-43℃温水足浴30min,同时给予双下肢按摩,记录肠蠕动时间、肛门排气时间及术后出血量。结果各治疗组术后肠蠕动时间及肛门排气时间较对照组明显提前（P〈0．01）。两组术后出血量比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论双下肢按摩及温水足浴可使剖宫产术后患者肠蠕动时间及肛门排气时间提前,有利早期恢复正常饮食,促进机体康复。

The influence of physical therapy on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after Caesarean section

Objective To explore the lower extremity massage and warm foot bath on the study of funcional recovery after cesarean section. Methods Maternal cesarean section 100 each were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 2 h after the experimental group began to 40℃ -43℃ warm water foot bath 30 min, while giving both lower extremities massage, recording peristalsis time, anal exhaust time and the amount of postoperative bleeding. Results The experimental group, time of postoperative bowel movements and anal exhaust time significantly earlier than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The amount of postoperative bleeding groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The lower extremities massage and warm foot bath can cesarean section in patients with bowel movements ahead of time and anal exhaust time is conducive to an early resumption of normal diet, the promotion of body recovery.
