多院区医院文化建设策略

目的分析多院区医院文化建设的现状,总结多院区医院文化建设的难点,探讨多院区医院文化建设的策略。方法以文献研究为主,辅以小组讨论、专家访谈以及实地考察等研究方法。结果多院区文化建设现状主要体现在物质文化同一性不强,行为文化一致性养成面临障碍,制度文化在新院区处于重新确认阶段,精神文化需要继承与创新并举等方面。难点主要在于员工的文化认知程度不同、统筹管理缺失、医院文化建设模式尚未形成等方面。结论文化建设的策略可以从加强文化统一氛围建设、协同文化建设主体内容、分步骤推进医院文化建设进程,以及营造＂求大同存小异＂文化等四个方面展开。

Culture Construction Strategies for the Hospitals with Multi -campuses

with multi -campus by analyzing the current status .Methods The methods of literature research, group discus-sion, expert interviews and field visits were used .Results The status mainly manifest in the following aspects ：Material culture has no identity, behavior culture consistency encounter difficulties , system culture is to be reestab-lished, and spiritual culture needs inheritance and innovation .The difficulties lie in following aspects： the differ-ence of culture cognition, the lack of general control and model of culture .Conclusions The strategies of culture construction are as follows： strengthening atmosphere of consolidated culture , unifying the main content of culture construction, promoting culture construction gradually , constructing culture which is all much of a munches .
